Alexandre Desplat: A Master At Work

May 8, 2011

I am an artist. I write, paint, draw, photograph, and play music. I appreciate excellence and sensitivity in artistic work. I have a playlist made up of three films soundtracks: Coco Before Chanel, Girl With Pearl Earring, and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Each film is a work of art. Each a gem. Excellent scripts. Excellent direction. Sensitive portrayals of the characters. But each is greatly enhanced by the nuanced & exquisite music of Alexandre Desplat (see brief bio below video). His web site, click here

I will let the reader hunt down his work and take pleasure in the discovery.
