Oil at $87, Gas Prices Climb

February 10, 2011

UPDATE: FEBRUARY 27, 2011 GAS PRICES IN SAN DIEGO: $3.62 A GALLON

Here in SoCal we have been over $3.50 a gallon for awhile. We are always 20 cents higher than everywhere else in the nation. Gas will go even higher as global demand swallows up production. The best thing anyone can do is invest in a hybrid or electric vehicle – the sooner, the better. Some think gas could climb to, gulp….. $5.00 per gallon.

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) 12-27-2010 — The former president of Shell Oil, John Hofmeister, says Americans could be paying $5 for a gallon of gasoline by 2012.
